SALLY™

Scope & responsible use

Terms

Prepared 1 November 2026

SALLY™ is a private, single-user application operated locally by its owner. This website provides information about it; it does not offer the application as a public service.

1. Website and application access

Visiting this website does not create an account, provide application access or authorize access to the owner's Google Drive or financial records. There is no public registration, subscription, login or upload facility.

2. Owner-controlled operation

The owner decides which local modules and integrations to enable and is responsible for reviewing permissions, protecting account access and maintaining appropriate backups. Google authorization permits the approved application's API access; it does not guarantee continuous access or make the application publicly available.

Receipt-reading and Drive organization are distinct functions. Organizer operations can create folders, rename configured folders and move receipts. Cash Advance Drive intake remains disabled pending separate authorization. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between workflow behavior and granted permissions.

3. Review of records and suggestions

OCR output and extracted fields can be incomplete or incorrect. The owner should check evidence, currencies, exchange entries and approvals before posting or relying on a financial record or settlement package. SALLY's records and suggestions are administrative tools, not professional accounting, financial or legal advice.

The owner is responsible for ensuring that material processed or shared through the private application is material they are entitled to use.

4. Availability and third-party services

The application depends on the owner's device and, for connected features, third-party services including Google. Connections can fail, permissions can change and tokens can expire or be revoked. This website does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free extraction or permanently valid authentication.

Google and the website hosting provider operate under their own applicable terms and policies. The Privacy Policy describes the integration's handling of data.

5. Questions and updates

Questions about the private integration can be directed to the support contact displayed in the application's Google OAuth consent information. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the described application or website.

These statements describe the scope and use of a private tool. They do not claim to waive statutory rights or establish an unsupported limitation of liability.
